Every market, fair and pop-up shows where we found it and when we last checked it. If a fee, date or deadline isn't published, we show it as unknown. We don't fill in guesses.

Profit estimates come from fixed formulas using your prices, costs, fees, travel and hours. You see a low, likely and high scenario and every assumption behind them. AI explains and drafts — it never does the math.

Mimercadi never submits an application, pays a fee, signs anything or books a spot for you. A market shows as booked only after you add the organizer's confirmation. Changes it suggests in chat wait for your OK.

• Each business's records are kept apart from every other business.
• Your calendar is private to you. Teammates see only when you're busy, and organizations never see it.
• Organizations see your results only with your consent, and only as totals once at least 3 businesses agree.
• Buyer details in sales files are dropped before anything is saved.

• Access rules live in the database itself, so one business can't read another's records.
• Keys for connected services are encrypted and used only on our servers.
• Changes to important records are logged.
• Sign-in with Google or email, with password reset.

We show a Connect button only when that connection really works. Today you can upload sales files or type in results; direct sales-account connections will appear when they are ready.
