• Your account: your email address and name from Google or email sign-in.
• Business details you share or approve: name, products, prices and costs, where you sell, how far you travel, who helps you, and documents you upload.
• What you tell Mimercadi in chat, your goals, and the plans, applications and results you save.
• Sales history you upload or type in. Buyer names, emails and card details in a file are dropped and never stored.
• If you connect Google Calendar: only when you are busy or free — never the titles or details of your personal events.

• To find selling opportunities that fit you and estimate the profit of each one.
• To draft applications, plans and reminders for you to review.
• To sharpen your forecasts with your own past results.

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Some features use an AI model to read text, explain recommendations and draft answers. We send it only the information that request needs. Prices, profit and every other number are calculated by the app's own fixed math, not by AI.

• You and the people you add to your business team. Each business's records are kept apart from every other business.
• Organizations that run programs can find your public business card only if you turn on being discoverable. They never see your sales, costs or calendar.
• They see your results only if you agree. Totals stay hidden until at least 3 businesses in a program agree, so no single seller can be picked out.
• Service providers that help run Mimercadi — hosting, AI processing, web search for public listings, maps, and Google if you connect your calendar — handle data only to provide those features.

Mimercadi adds markets and prep steps only to a separate calendar it creates in your Google account, and only after you turn adding on and approve them. Your private subscribe link works like a password: reset it or turn it off anytime.

• Edit your business details anytime in My Business.
• Delete your sales history anytime from Sales history.
• Disconnect Google Calendar or turn off your subscribe link from Calendar.
• Every change Mimercadi suggests in chat waits for your approval.

We keep your sign-in and your language choice in your browser so you stay signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.

When we change this page in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app.
