Terms of service

Mimercadi is a service of Rebel Ventures, LLC ("we" or "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Rebel Ventures, LLC. If you use Mimercadi for a business or organization, you agree for it too.

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what teammates you add do in your business.

Mimercadi finds selling opportunities, estimates profit, drafts applications and plans, and keeps your season organized. It never submits an application, pays a fee, signs anything or books a spot for you. You decide what to send, and your agreements with organizers and property owners are between you and them.

You own the business details, sales, documents and other content you add. You let us store and process it only to run Mimercadi for you, as described on our Privacy page. Organizations see your results only if you agree.

• One plan: $19.99 a month with every feature, after a 14-day free trial with full access.
• Sponsored access from a partner organization gives you the same features, and you are never charged twice.
• Booth, event, permit, license and insurance fees are not included; you pay those to the organizer or agency.
• We aren't collecting payments yet. Before billing starts, we'll tell you in the app and you choose whether to subscribe.

• Follow the law and the rules of the events and spaces you sell at.
• Only upload information you have the right to share. Don't upload other people's private details.
• Don't try to reach another business's records, break our security or overload the service.
• Organizers and property owners: share only accurate listings that you are allowed to publish.

Listings come from public pages, organizer submissions and links people add, and each shows its source. We don't run these events or spaces, and details can change. If you connect another service, such as Google Calendar, its own terms also apply.

Profit and sales numbers are estimates, not promises. AI helps read pages and draft text and can make mistakes, so review drafts before you use them. Nothing in Mimercadi is legal, tax or financial advice. Our Disclosures page explains more.

We keep improving Mimercadi, so features may change. The service may sometimes be unavailable. When we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app.

You can stop using Mimercadi anytime and ask us to close your account. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

To the extent the law allows, Mimercadi is provided as it is, and Rebel Ventures, LLC is not responsible for event outcomes, organizer or property-owner decisions, or sales you did or didn't make. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you that can't be waived.
